Brian Fluharty is the owner and home inspector of Seahorse Home Inspections, LLC. No two homes are quite alike, even if they share the same design elements—or even if they’re built by the same crew.

In terms of the biggest strengths that Brian brings to the home inspection trade, his discerning attention to detail and tremendous sense of responsibility for his clients are quick to come to mind.
Before he inspected homes, Brian’s career in materials management found him doing important work for several major manufacturers—including defense subcontracting and work in the energy industry. Brian can attribute much of his observant nature to this experience, taking his time to do each job to the best of his abilities in order to avoid costly mistakes.
When Brian inspects a home, his goal is to identify potential defects and provide an accurate assessment of the property so that you’re able to excel in your home-buying efforts.

- Weekday appointments can be tricky for many people to manage—which is why we offer home inspections on Saturdays and Sundays, giving you a chance to make an appointment happen with minimal stress
- You should try to be present for your home inspection if possible so that Brian can lead you through the details he discovers about the property in person
- Within 24 hours of your home inspection, you’ll receive a comprehensive inspection report—and should you have any questions, you can call us at any time in the future so that we can figure it out together
When he’s not performing home inspections, Brian enjoys kayaking and bicycling. Brian also loves to listen to music at every opportunity, whether it’s at a live concert or from the comfort of home.
